This is just a friendly reminder about the Scouting for Food program May 6-8 (non-perishable items only please). Remember you can hand out your flyers/bags to your neighbors and friends today and tomorrow (May 6 and 7). It may be best to hand the bags to them personally, but you can also leave them in the mailbox or on the door. The people should have the food in the bags and ready for pickup by 9am Saturday morning (May 8). This gives the scouts and parents some flexibility on Saturday to pick up the food bags between 9am and noon. Please drop your collections off at the church between noon and 1pm on Saturday. I believe the food bags will be weighed and the scout that collects the most food will get a prize at the next pack meeting.
